'Rewards' is an online store which stocks hundreds of products, including top luxury brands, must-have gadgets and accessories.
Browse online and order with ease through this secure website.All ENTERTAINER members can enjoy significant discounts off selected products using their Smiles and have their purchase delivered directly to their doorstep.
What items are available to purchase?
'Rewards' features an extensive range of top brands and everyday items and accessories, and offers you a leisurely and rewarding shopping experience.
There’s something for everyone in a diverse collection of products, ranging from jewellery to mobile phone accessories.
How can I sign-up to make a purchase on 'Rewards'?
If you have downloaded the ENTERTAINER app and and purchased a product, you are good to go.
If not, Click here to purchase a product and become an ENTERTAINER member. Please note, you will first have to earn Smiles in order to make a purchase on 'Rewards'.
Do I have to own an ENTERTAINER product to purchase from 'Rewards'?
Yes, only ENTERTAINER members with an active product can shop on 'Rewards'. If you are not an ENTERTAINER member, you can Click here to purchase a product and become an ENTERTAINER member.
What are my login details?
Seen something you like and want to buy? Great, you can use your registered ENTERTAINER app account email address and password to log in and complete your purchase.
What if I have forgotten my password?
Forgotten your password? Don’t worry, everyone forgets their password once in a while and it’s easy to fix – just click here to request a new password.
You will be prompted to enter your registered ENTERTAINER account email address and you’ll receive an email from us with instructions on how to reset your password.

What if I have forgotten my registered ENTERTAINER account email address?
If you have forgotten your registered ENTERTAINER account email address please send us an e-mail on [email protected] and we will get back to you within 2 working days.
Why isn't my password working?
First, make sure that the ENTERTAINER account email address you've entered is correct. Also, check your keyboard to see if you have the 'Caps Lock' turned on.
If your password is still not accepted, click here to request a new password.
If you are still having difficulties logging in with the password, or if you have not provided us with a contact e-mail address, please send us an e-mail on [email protected] and we will get back to you within two working days.

Can I view 'Rewards' from the ENTERTAINER app?
You can view the 'Rewards' website from your phone but sorry, not from inside the ENTERTAINER app.
Placing an order
How do I know if I placed my order successfully?
An order confirmation e-mail will also be sent to you confirming that your order has been successfully received online. If you do not receive the email, please contact us on [email protected] and they will assist you and confirm your order.

How can I check the status of my orders?
Upon placing your order, you will receive your order reference number via e-mail from 'Rewards' within 24 hours of the order being received. This will be accompanied by a tracking number that can be used to track the shipment.
How can I search for a product if I don't know the brand name?
You can search for a product using a key word that would describe the product. For example: "cufflinks" would give you "Tumi Cufflinks".
Who do I contact if my order is faulty?
Our team are happy to assist you can contact them on [email protected] with your order details.
Who do I contact if a product has been damaged in transit?
If the product was damaged while being transported you should not accept the shipment. If you have already accepted the shipment and then discover that the product was broken during transport you must get in contact with the courier immediately.
What is the currency used?
All prices are in Dirhams/AED. Please note prices are subject to change without prior notice.
How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping is free if you spend over 100 AED .
Otherwise, the shipping charge is 20Dhs per shipment up to 5kg in UAE.
Please note that as we continue to grow our range of products and include heavier items, this pricing may change.
Am I charged customs and duties on my order?
No, we've taken care of those costs already.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No we do not accept cash on delivery. All goods must be paid for in full on our website using your credit card.
When will I be billed for my order?
We will charge your credit card when the order is placed.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard credit cards only. We will charge your credit card when the order is placed.
Do I have to use a credit card?
All purchases require the use of a credit card.
Why do products seem to have a restriction on the number of Smiles or cash that can be used?
Please be advised, there is a predetermined amount of Smiles that can be used per item. 'Rewards' discounts and the percentage of Smiles that can be used for a transaction are designed to be as generous as possible while also ensuring the highest quality and authenticity of our products.
What is Smiles?
Smiles is a virtual currency system which allows us to reward you for your loyalty to us. If you own an ENTERTAINER product you can earn Smiles in many different ways and as you use the ENTERTAINER product you will easily see how many Smiles you’ve earned.
How can you earn Smiles?
Earn Smiles with the ENTERTAINER app in the following ways:
a. Earn Smiles for every offer you redeem – the number of Smiles is based on the Estimated Savings of the offer and your redemption screen will tell you how many smiles you earn on that redemption.
b. Refer friends – Earn Smiles when your friend purchases an ENTERTAINER product through your personal referral link (valid only on their first purchase).
c. Birthday Gift – We love celebrating birthdays and on yours, we’ll send you 500 Smiles.
d. Social Sharing – Earn Smiles for sharing your savings on Twitter.
e. Play the game – Get Smiles for every badge you unlock and every time you move up a level.
How do I use my Smiles to get discount off selected 'Rewards'?
The best part about earning your Smiles is deciding how to spend them and we’ve made sure you find it easy to use your Smiles when shopping.
Once you’ve selected an item/product to add to the cart, you will be given the discounted price for that product purchased and the Smiles amount will also deducted from your ENTERTAINER account.
Can I purchase products on 'Rewards' even if I do not have any Smiles available on my account?
'Rewards' is a platform designed to reward ENTERTAINER members for earning Smiles. Thus, no products can be purchased without the use of Smiles.
Can I use all my Smiles rather than paying for items?
You can use a combination of cash plus Smiles but no product can be purchased only using Smiles.
Once you are logged into the website your Smiles balance will be clearly displayed by your name at the top of the screen.
How do I know which countries 'Rewards' delivers to?
The store currently ships only to ENTERTAINER members living in the UAE.
Does 'Rewards' ship to international addresses?
We only deliver within main urban locations in the UAE at this time but are working on adding more destinations. Check back to see if your country or city is listed in our Terms and Conditions
Can 'Rewards' ship to P.O. Boxes?
No we do not. We prefer the personal touch; all orders are sent via courier and delivered directly to your doorstep.
Does 'Rewards' ship to a different address than the one that appears on my credit card?
We will deliver your order to the address given in the shipping details when the order is placed.
What is the shipping policy for my order?
Shipping of your order will depend on the delivery destination. We allow 2 working days as the longest delivery time expected for any order however, in most cases, our products are delivered to you the very next day after you order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time required to deliver the order will be dependent on the size and location of the order. However, the estimated delivery time will be included on the order form that will be sent to your e-mail account. What time of the day will my order be delivered to the address provided?

If I haven't received my shipment, who do I contact?
